If your serial number is only for LabVIEW 2013, you will not be able to activate LabVIEW 2013 SP1. LabVIEW 2013 SP1 was released March 3rd (Monday), it will be going out through Update Service on March 10th which is why there is the confusion about the release date on the download page (the download page is wrong). Use this software to visualize and accelerate your work in multiple ways. Systems engineering may be complicated to explain and comprehend, but not with LabVIEW.
